Return Policy Overview
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for eligible items.
Original Condition Required
Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging.
Full Refund Available
Approved returns receive a full refund to the original payment method.
Eligible for Returns
- Standard wooden crates and boxes in original condition
- Storage racks and totes that are unused and undamaged
- Display items in original packaging
- Products with manufacturing defects (within 30 days)
- Incorrect items shipped (we'll cover return shipping)
Not Eligible for Returns
- Custom-made or personalized products
- Items with custom engraving or logos
- Products modified or assembled by customer
- Items damaged due to misuse or neglect
- Products without proof of purchase
- Items returned after 30 days from delivery
How to Initiate a Return
Receive Authorization
We'll provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and return instructions.
Package Securely
Pack the item in its original packaging (if possible) and include all accessories.
Ship It Back
Ship to the address provided. Use a trackable shipping method for items over $75.
Get Your Refund
Once received and inspected, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Return Shipping Costs
Customer Responsibility
For standard returns due to change of mind or preference, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Our Responsibility
We cover return shipping for defective items, shipping errors, or damaged products.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
We currently don't offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item. This ensures you receive your replacement as quickly as possible.
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect Your Order Upon Arrival
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
