Large or Heavy Items

Freight Shipping

Items over 150 lbs or exceeding standard carrier dimensions may require freight shipping. We'll contact you with a freight quote before processing your order. Freight shipments typically include:

  • Scheduled delivery appointment
  • Curbside delivery (default)
  • Inside delivery available for additional fee
  • Commercial addresses preferred

Shipping Delays

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to:

Damaged or Lost Packages

Lost Packages

If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, check with neighbors and contact us. We'll initiate a carrier investigation.

Address Changes

Before Shipment: Contact us immediately to update your shipping address. We can make changes before the order ships.

After Shipment: Contact the carrier directly using your tracking number to request delivery changes. Some carriers offer delivery rerouting for a fee.

International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. International customers can use freight forwarding services, but please note:

  • We ship only to the US forwarding address provided
  • Customer is responsible for all customs, duties, and taxes
  • International returns may not be accepted
  • Warranty coverage may be limited
